What is wellness coaching?

Wellness coaching is a relatively new approach, especially valuable as the mental health crisis continues to rise worldwide.

Unlike therapy, wellness coaching works more on a practical, surface level. It’s ideal for people who may not want (or feel ready) to see a counsellor, but who could benefit from clear direction toward a happier, more balanced life.

Wellness coaching focuses on building sustainable habits, increasing self-awareness, and implementing practical actions that fit into your everyday routine. It’s not about long-term reliance on a coach; instead, it acts as a short-term intervention to equip you with the tools, structure, and confidence to move forward independently.

My coaching is built around five core pillars: Physical Health, Habits (both good and bad), Mental Strength, Understanding, and Social Elements. These pillars provide a structured framework that ensures we’re not just making quick fixes but creating lasting change across all areas of your life. By strengthening each of these, you build a more balanced and resilient foundation that supports long-term well-being.

My approach is tailored to each individual while guided by the 5 structured pillars to keep you moving in the right direction.

We always start with a free 30-minute call to explore how I can help and check if we’re a good fit. Following on from this will be 1-on-1 Remote Zoom Sessions with 50-minute calls where we discuss what you’d like to work on, set targeted goals, and end with clear, actionable steps to keep you on track.
