About The Coach.

My name is Samuel Kitchen. I am the founder of a mental health company, author of ‘The Art Of a Happier Life’, and a qualified wellness coach.

My journey started at 10 years old when I began to severely struggle with my mental health.

Thankfully, with the right support around me, I made it through that dark part of my life and began my self-help journey in my late teens.

At age 25, I decided to use what I had been through to help others in similar positions.

After writing my book on mental health and establishing my company ‘Brain Brand’, I wanted to extend my impact on people’s wellness and mental health. So at age 27, I qualified as a wellness coach and created ‘The Art Of A Happier Life Coaching’.

Based on the five key pillars in my book, this programme works at surface level with no deep diving into the past. It’s a simple, gentle, current, and strength-based plan to get you on the right track toward a happier life.
